At DPUK, we host a comprehensive collection of genomic datasets from 15 diverse cohorts, encompassing individuals aged 18 to 100. Our repository includes genomic information for over 250,700 individuals, featuring a wide range of genomic data types, from APOE status and haplotype information to comprehensive genome sequencing.

Additionally, we provide derived data, including Genome-Wide Association Study (GWAS) and polygenic risk scores (PRS). Our streamlined pipeline for calculating PRS scores is designed for both current and future cohorts, incorporating essential steps such as data cleaning, standardisation, quality control, imputation, and PRS calculation. This flexible pipeline allows for varying criteria, ensuring the derivation of reliable PRS scores, which will be made available to researchers upon approval from cohort owners.
